Disruptive Ideas for Legacy Organizations: Amanda Cupido has worked closely with local and international legacy organizations where it's not just about setting a strong vision -- but also empowering a team to embrace a new path. She provides a case study from her time working in communications with World Vision International and how she helped lead the organization to launch their first podcast. She also draws upon her experience at AM 640 Toronto (Corus Entertainment) and how she embraced servant leadership as a way to spark change.
